Speed of a swf execution

I have made an animation with flash (it includes music). When I play it in different computers, the animation and the music are not the same as I've created in my computer (the animation is faster or lower, depending on CPU's speed). Is there any posibility to make a swf whose display can be the same in all pcs?

that's very strange, I believe that there was a tut in were-here.com, that can get the cpu speed.
I donno if it's here also or not
