Actions menu is too large

I don't know how or why but my actions bar is taller then my screen, I'm down to the 60th line of code which is as tall as my screen is, so I can't keep going! How do I shrink it down?

In the menu bar at the top of the application, click Window > Workspace > Default. This might hide your Actions window, but just press F9 and it should come back at an appropriate size.
