Flip a handle, AS or tween?

Hi all,

another newbie question here : I´m trying to give a site a make-over with Flash. So far so good, but now I´ve come up with the idea to use a handle that you can flip from top to bottom to "activate" a choice.. red light ( on top ) means no, green light ( at bottom ) means yes. So I have to animate that handle.. Can this be done at all, and if so, with AS or with a tween :confused:
Don´t have an example yet, it´s just an idea and if it can´t be done it´s no use trying, is it..

Well, both are doable, and as always AS will give you more control over the animation, tweens will be easier to do. Your call, man...
