print one frame

I have buttons on my sight that when you roll over them it jumps to a different frame. My question is how I get that button to print only that one frame when you click the button. I know there is a print action. Yet when I assign the print action to the button it prints out all the frames. I know there has to be a simple solution.
*by the way I am using flash 5
Somebody please help by giving me the actual script that I can see (if I understood the manual that came with flash I would not have come here for help)

In the online/inbuilt help manual in Flash 5 do a search for printing or specifically "Designating printable frames". It is all there step by step.
