Flash Navigation

Hello -

I am completely new to Flash - I'm just in the process of creating a new website, and I really need some help with a flash navigation bar.

I have specific ideas for it - in terms of animation - and I've been looking for someone who could either give me a head start by creating something that I can build up on - or walk me through the process.

I only ask for help with this navigation bar - nothing more, nothing less.
There's an FLA file I was using before, but someone looked at it - and told me that it doesn't allow much modification - judging by the way it was written in ActionScript and set up with the movieclips.

So in a way, I'm forced to start from scratch - and yes I know there are a lot of tutorials out there, but mostly these tutorials don't apply to a specific idea you had.

I'm not sure if I should go much into detail over the board, or if someone is willing to help out and contact me in person. Either way I'll be watching this thread.

Again - I'm not really stuck at any particular creation process - I don't even have a specific question.
Basically, I don't know where to start and how to go on about this.

I just need someone who could take a couple of hours and sit down with me and get this thing nailed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
