UILoader, 2nd Instance Not Loading Image ..?

I'm using UI Loader components for the first time.

The first instance, it loads a jpg just fine. Then I have a 2nd layer with a 2nd UILoader component trying to pull up image2.jpg, but when playing the swf I just see a blank space where the 2nd image should be. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

After messing around a bit, it appears that the motion tween is what is causing the 2nd UILoader to function improperly.

Are we not supposed to use motion tweens with UILoaders? If not, it seems odd that Flash throws no errors..
