x264 video with 60fps

A question: I am trying to play x264 60fps video using last version of FLVPlayback component and have some issues.
First of all: it plays great in standalone player, but when i build it in webpage it has some random freezez.
I ve changed publication settings from window mode to opaque (or transparent) mode. Now it playes rather well but only in FireFox. Internet Explorer has even more cruel freezez in the wmode!
How can i ajust well play of my x264 60fps video in flashg player on webpage? :confused:
