Building Components

I would like to start building my own components.
I have made a few unsuccessful attempts in building one.

I am able to export the SWC, put as I load it into a new FLA
the parameters do not show up.

Does anyone have any simple or know of any simple
component that I could download to begin working with?

Can I know in which framework do you want to start making components, I mean in v2 or v3?
