Can't see all text when scrolling

I bought a Flash template and have added my text to one of the windows, however when I move the scrollbar to the bottom it only goes to about half-way through the amount of text I actually pasted in.

So, how do I reset the scrollbar so that it uses the whole text window ?

Nobody knows ?? Is it that difficult ? I put it in 'Newbies' because I thought it was a straightforward request ....
