Hi All,
I am looking for help designing what will be an HTML / CSS website. I am having trouble with it because it is for a Sorority, and I don't have much experience designing for girls tastes.
I am looking for help with photoshopping the template. The guidelines I received were it should be "Sexy and Sleek"
