View Full Version : Debugging went bad...?

I was testing my project like I have been all morning, and suddenly, it stopped loading in FireFox. The compiling process gets to around 50%, and the Flash content never loads, and I get this message:

Failed to connect; session timed out.
Ensure that:
1. You compiled your Flash application with debugging on.
2. You are running the debugger version of Flash Player.

I have downloaded and reinstalled Flash Player, Flash Debug Player, etc, and no change yet. :( Help!

Just wanted to add that the debug lag is happening with both IE and Firefox!

This is only happening with my main project, not any others I open.

What could be in the project that could cause this issue? Something with Project Settings?

If it's only happening with your main project, try doing a clean build.. Project>Clean...

I tried that; no help there. :( This project has ground to a halt over this inexplicable issue!
