Individual Item datatips

I have a chart which contains both PlotSeries and LineSeries Items. I want to have a datatip show up when I roll over the PlotSeries, but not the LineSeries. So far, it seems that I can only switch datatips on for the whole Chart.

How can I control datatips for individual chart Items?

Does anyone know a way to access datatips only through certain items on the chart?
