Help On Buttons

I am doing a menu. when i click the button the main menu drops. ...and when i click a button on the main menu it opens to a submenu and so on.

the main menu button work fine when i have "enable simple button" engaged and when i preview it

But i have a problem with the button on the sub-menu it works when "enable simple button" is engaged BUT when i TEST the movie the button does not work

what could be causing that problem. i am tired of discarding menus

i will give it another shot....as to what i think the problem may be and if it does not work again i will re-submit...thanks 4 ur help it is appreciated
