Load swf to level 0

i need to know how to perform this.

in my first movie a make a loadmovie("movie2.swf",0) to level 0, what i want to know is having an exit button in my second movie how going back at the same frame i was before doing the loadmovie.
I need to load to level 0 cause my second movie is 640x480 px and my first movie is 700x380 px.
