I've finally upgraded to CS3. :)
I don't generally have that much money just lying around. I had to save hard-core, because I'm still in school, so this is big news for me!
And the best part is: No more having to ask people to "Save As Flash 8" for me! :D
So, what are the major differences between AS2.0 and AS3.0? Some new functions or something?

Congratulations sunlis! I am still on Flash 8 (thus still have the Save As issue ;-)

Major Differences - Complete Rewrite.
ActionScript 2.0 Migration to AS3 (good resource)
http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/2/langref/migration.html
ActionScript 3.0 In June 2006, ActionScript 3.0 debuted with Adobe Flex 2.0 and its corresponding player, Flash Player 9. ActionScript 3.0 was a fundamental restructuring of the language, so much so that it uses an entirely different virtual machine. Flash Player 9 contains two virtual machines, AVM1 for code written in ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0, and AVM2 for content written in ActionScript 3.0. ActionScript 3.0 provides not only a significant enhancement in performance, but also a more robust programming model that lends itself to complex Rich Internet Application development.
