flash site on pop-up

i want to make my flash site on a pop-up. how can i achieve it?
moreover, how can i control the size of the pop-up as if it was being animated from small to large?

You want to make a small pop up and then enlarge the actual pop up ? I don't think you can do this in Flash without external means ... maybe someone with java experience knows a solution to this ?
