dissaperaring txt boxes

i have txt in static txt box, then when i add a txt that is a link it makes the normal txt dissapear, any ideas?

thats odd, is the link in a seentce? if not you could creat a seperate text box for the link and set it on top of the other one.

Just out of the curiosity... Are you using the text format, setTextFormat()??? If the change is made later on whether by the user input, which is not the case for now, or by the AS, then you have to apply setNewTextFormat() as well...
