I came across this cool effect, does somone know how the flying paper to the dancer was made?

Both if possible, paper going across and the dancer..
It would work well with a project im doing.

use a mask in falsh to make the writing come is as the paper goes across

Looks like simple timeline animation to me, the only mask that seems noticeable is the revealing of the text underneath that reads "SWF Magician" otherwise it looks like basic timeline animation to make all the rest happen, the particles and pieces are the same each time so there is nothing random about it.
