does this work better

made a few changes to the site and was wondering if it works better or worse. All content not there yet.

Is the frame rate to fast. What do you all think

Much better, quicker to load, much easier to use, couple of the images obscure the menu options, might want to put some sort of bg on the menu. Text looks a lot better too.

Is the movement sripted or tweened ? Because you might want to consider easing in there.

Looks good to me. I like this effect. I'm doing something similar for a client. Something I did different. Mine was a strip which it looks like yours is also. I made the main (index) page in the middle and the rest on either side. That way it jumped back and forth instead of one direction. Looks very clean. I like it.
