Hi, I am building a quiz for work that is mainly multi choice, is it possible to have a question were the user has to list something (example)

Question: List 5 types of fruit.

textbox2

textbox3

textbox4

textbox5

There is a possible 8 answers but i only need 5. I then want to score 1 point for each correct answer, if the box is left empty or it does no match my answers then they score no points.

Any help would be great.
