Installing Flex Profiler

I've been trying to install the Flex profiler for quite sometime now and I wasn't able to complete the installation process. I am not able to find the so called profiler.war file in order to install it to my Flex folder. I am running Flex Builder 3 and I also have the Flash debug player on my work station.

Can anyone give a reference as to where the profiler.war file could be located and downloaded?
