looping embeded flv pauses???

Hi I'm having a problem with trying to loop a section of an embedded flv.
It always pauses for a split second.
I've tried to set the goto frame before and after the start of the loop just to see if I could improve the performance, but no luck.
Is there a better way to loop a section of an embedded flv?
