How to make AS3 libraries

I have a customer who wants the source code for a project I have been working on. That is fine, however we agreed that only the project specific code should be delivered in source code format while the rest of my company's sensitive and pre-existing code and source libraries are to be delivered as binary libraries that can be used with the project specific source to compile a new working version on their end.

Problem is, I do not know how to do this... :)
