Movie Controls appear and disappear

Hi,
Does anyone know how to make the movie controls appear when you rollOver the movie and disappear on rollOut? I'm using Flash 8 and going crazy trying to accomplish this simple task. I've imported the movie using the "stream from server" option which then gives me the option of which controls I want to use. I've seen this on some sites with the same controls but cannot even find in Flash, where it tells you how to do this.
I'd appreciate some help on this matter!

I reuploaded the file as a zip. Someone asked me to do this for them so I brought it into Flash 8 and then applied the controls you'll see to it.
