Need Help...AGAIN

When i'm making a pre-loading thingy...I try to add a sound file..but when it restarts, it starts the sound file over and over, is there a way to ACTUALLY play the whole song, but keep refreshing the whole "Page Loading"?
If so i'm pretty desperate :)

Best way I think would be to make the sound a separate MC, and put it on the first frame of your preloader and make it last the duration of the load... don't put it on every frame of your preloader, put it on it's own level with multiple frames (but only the first is a keyframe).
