I took some inspiration from Eric Dolecki and created my new menu system. I hope you like it and I really just want to thank you for checking it out!

The whole nav system isn't finished so just let me know how you like the menu. ;)~

very pleasant :)

couldn't find any bugs.

Are the little coloured squares at the top of each slider going to do anything? Because they react on mouse over it left me wondering if they had/are going to have an additional purpose?

My only criticism is the font you have used as it is missing key characters, but I'm sure you have already spotted that. :)

great stuff

btw is that page meant to not have a scrollbar?
Half your blog seems to be off the page.

The blog is going to be gone and the menu text is going to be static. I just wanted to know how you liked the menu system. Everything soon will fit together and will be posted. It's one of those work in progress things that I'm actually allowing everyone to see. Thanks for your feedback though, it is really sweet.

Oh ya, the squares are going to eventually hold the menu in place and on click will roll in the selected menu area. Too much fun.

very nice, well done menus.

Just a suggestion -- when you finish them, and tie them into the page, make sure you maintain the entire rollout as clickable-space. This reminds me of some buttons I saw a while back, that kept the clickable-space at the top -- in the area that moved away from the mouse! It looks like you're headed in the right direction though (if the mouse cursor is any indication) so just keep this in mind :)

I updated the menu now and made all the buttons a full clickable button and I added a transition panel with a place to put advertising. I thought it was a BRILLIANT idea! LOL!
Anyway. I just wanted to know if the panel animation tied in well with the menu button animation.

Thanks again for all your input.

Why do you not have scroll bars turned on?

Because I'm getting rid of the Blogger and putting in an iframe with scroll bars. The news isn't relevant to the site, but thanks for asking.

As far as I know the iFrame tag is not supported in some of the earlier versions of netscape...just a word of caution. I always test in as many browsers I can find.

Very nice indeed. And I like the feel of the site green was always my color... or maybe it was blue, can't remember.
