Flash site $$$$

I have a question....I want to make a site...which i can do...

but i want to make one in flash...which i can do as well...but there are some things i just haven't had practice enough to do...I want to learn some advanced flash technics...

so is there anyone who would like to help me plus help me learn...

after the site is done....money could be involved..

if good ebough...up two thousand dollars perhaps more...
