I'm working on a program that will pause a flash game even if the game doesn't have a pause function. I was wondering if it was possible to pause a flash game with actionscript without having my program in the same window as the game.

I'd say that' pretty much not possible because there is no single function that you can use to pause everything that's currently running in a Flash file...

Thanks for the welcome, which scripting language would you suggest for me to use to find and pause the process that the flash file is running in?

Ok, can I pause a process that's running on the computer through actionscript, or do I have to use Java or C? I know it's possible somehow, because on a program called cheat engine, you can speed up/slow down different processes.
