In the flash help section for MX it says something along the lines of 12fps being optimum rate for playback on web. The movie I am making however looks jerky at 12fps because of the type of animation. At 16 fps it looks much better and at 20 or so it looks smooth as.
I have read on other posts of people using 15fps and even 24fps for "professional" presentations.
Is 16 fps fine to use for a web site?
Will most (i.e. 99.5% of computers be able to handle that rate?)
Thanks
