Flash playbar to control swf

I would like to add a playbar in my flash.

This playbar acts like a video playbar with "play/pause options, rewind/forward buttons and also a loader bar, which appear like in the mediaplayer.

Any idea of creating this play bar..
This playbar will be used to control actions in flash.

Another question is,
I have a set of swf's which is linked to each other,
like..
a.swf -> has a button, which will call either c.swf or b.swf .
Something similar like a navigation.

In that case, how does the playbar that i describe above works?
Is it possible ?
Since i am a beginner in Flash, I am confused of how to do a playbar in flash which control its own actions and not a video.

I know we can do a playbar in flash that control video, but in my case ????
I am so so confused??? :confused::confused::confused:

Any one know how to do it, or someone had done something similar llike this before..
