Scalable fullscreen help

Please check out his site: http://www.sch-architects.com. I don't know who made it and I'm not promoting it, but the boss wants it duplicated and I need your help!

All my attempts to create a fullscreen movie result in showing bits of the stage when the browser window is resized. Making it scale just makes it distort. How are the navigation elements kept to the edges of the screen? How do the photos scale so well?

Any help appreciated.
