We created this site a while ago and haven't posted it to any sort of flash community. The client wanted a flash site which looks and acts like HTML but with a little flash here and there...nothing too flashy ;)

The site boasts an impressive Content management system (which we built) that manages both the Flash version and the HTML version.

On the site we say that there is a high and low bandwidth option but found that the flash site acts pretty good on a 56k modem.

seems more like HTML in beign still and the menus too , but you don't have to say hign bandwidth , I am on 56k modem and it loads really fast for a flash site , and that's good but it will the scare the user and will not click the high band option, I think 237 K is not so much for a modem user

about the site: it works nice and is very usable. good work.
i like non-overanimated flash sites in general

i just find the design a lill' dark for a real estate. It's probably 'cause there's a lot of plain black, i would lighten things up, maybe ad some dark grey texture to the black to make it less deep..
