actions panel behind the tools and other panels

Im using Flash CS3. A legally purchased copy. Why does my actions panel go behind the other docked tools?? Its very frustrating.

Surely by now there's a patch for this? I've run two updates on Flash already but the problem still persists. :(

Also, why in two iterations of Flash haven't they fixed the scroll bar in the library when using the scroll wheel?

If anyone knows of updates or patches to Flash CS3, please share.

I actually moved my actions panel to the left side of the screen (makes sense on a widescreen laptop). You can just drag and drop the tab wherever you please, just like Flash 5.

I'm not aware of any scroll wheel glitches in the library panel, well.. not on the Mac version anyway. ;)

Under Window -> Workspace Layout, have you ever tried to hit the Default settings?

hmm.. I haven't tried that, no. I will give it a bash as soon as it happens again - which will probably be later today. :)

The scrollbar bug I am referring to is when you use your mousewheel to scroll the library items it doesn't actually move the bar itself... when then clicking on the scrollbar it resets the position to where the scrollbar is.

Just wish it wasn't necessary to find these work arounds..

Oh - the condition under which panels switch is if I export my SWF, leave it running and then ALT+Tab to another application and back again.
