Gruden (http://www.gruden.com)is looking for a Junior - Mid Flash Developer to scope, develop and implement technical solutions utilising the latest technologies whilst adhering to the various industry standards.

We are looking for a Flash Designer/Developer to scope, develop and implement technical solutions utilising the latest technologies whilst adhering to the various industry standards.
Advanced Knowledge
o Exceptional written and communication skills
o Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise
o Exceptional knowledge of the Internet industry
o Good understanding of ActionScript 2 - 3.0 and Object Oriented programming (3.0 advantageous)
o Experience working with Flash 9 and Flex 2-3 (Flex advantageous)
o Timeline-based animation (handy)
o Design patterns
o Cairngorm framework
o Knowledge in some kind of sever side technologies, Coldfusion, ASP, PHP, .Net or JSP
o Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and web standards
Key Experiences
o Must have a minimum five(2-3) years experience in Flash development
o Have Successfully designed & developed practical solutions to technical problems
o Write clear-cut technical documents discussing the solution objectives and requirements
o Communicate effectively with a variety of people, including clients at all levels
o Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively whilst engaged in several projects simultaneously
