I'm having some troubles here..i have a 40 second sound file w/ 3 pics that makes a flash sig FOUR MEGS..I really need to know how to optimize it..
And i need to know how to change the FPS...

Jesse, since you'r the only one that replys to me, could you go there, and tell me how to reduce it?(i know the pre-loader = messed up, but that's a work in progress)

Zip your graphics and put them online somewhere, I'll download them and optimize them for you. DON'T even think of emailing them to me if they are 4Mb :p
