play videos in my flash-application

how can i play a video in my flash-application? and which
file-types are possible? avi, mpeg, mp4, mov, gp3...

are there any sites or tuts about that?


i want to play videos at my website... and there are many
different file-types possible. or is there a method to convert
my videos with php or something like that?
