Flash animation playing at different speeds

Hi,
I have a flash animation that I've synched to a voiceover. On my computer it looks fine and everything runs together but once I upload it to the website the animation runs slower, while the voiceover is the same speed, pushing everything out of synch. On some computers the animation is really slow so it is even worse.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Sound needs to be directly set on the timeline (or a movie clip's timeline...) and it's Sync set to stream...
You also need to add as many frames on the timeline as needed to see the whole sound's modulations, until the thin blue line comes to an end...
You can't have any breaks in that sound, and if you do, must overlap them with a silent sound also set to stream...
