Exporting Flash as an AVI into Premier...?

Hi Everyone!

Every time I try to export a Flash file as an AVI and I view it in Premier, it plays:

a) in really bad quality and

b) it NEGLECTS any movie clips that may be continuously looping through out the movie.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
