Hi,
I have a 30 minute software demo with synced audio and on screen mouse & type movement. It's 6 sections. I did this in captivate, adding flash movies into captivate as needed.
My client is asking for a flash movie, so I converted the captivate into a flash movie and spent time tweaking and cleaning it up, to produce an old school flash timeline based demo, very similar to director timelines.
But now the client says that they wanted this built in a more abstract manner mainly using actionscript. has anyone ever done this? It seems to me that this is going to be really difficult, uselessly so IMHO, especially trying to sync audio, zoomed text, mouse, etc. Is it even possible for a one time demo, seems if I did this it would be only to use, like 30 times?
All answers appreciated, I just want to give an honest answer and try and get the client what they want
