overwriting items in library problem

When merging lots of flash files into one large flash file I have a problem where some movieclips may be named the same. It would be really useful if there a tool that could just add a "0" or something to the end of everything in my library !

Save me hours upon hours!

Does anyone know of any tool / plug-in or tip that I could use?
