The design is great however the file size must be reduced. Maybe you should split the sections into different MCs and laod them in on request. I would also add some sort of transition animations so as to make it look smmoother when changing from a section to another.

Nice style though...cool colours.

mmm.. quite nice.. no critics from me.. about bugs - there is something wrong in coolstuff section - after choosing skins or desktop the fist 3 buttons texts seem to scroll "under something" mask or ... i don`t know what do you have there
and ooou ... whata .... wats that link to masturbation techniques site :D

i'm on cable, speed was no problem for me (imagine) :)
but over 700 for the initial download is way over it

*the scrollbar, or scrollarrow better. I bet 50% of all users will never scroll down.
*navigation: you have all the place you want, and even more, to show the whole navigation all the time. why do i have to chase it?
*gallery: same issue
i think one should be very carefull with implementing amazing flash 3d navigation systems, and many agree. it's fun for 1000 milliseconds, and then i get this 'just show me what i want to see!' feeling in my stomach
you'll get jacob going crazy man! :D

but my overall first appearence, and certainly for a first site:
well done, you made it look good,
if you could make it also light and usable, this would even be a great site :)
