Exporting files from flash

Hey.. I'm not too familiar with flash, but I got this stock icons (http://www.iconshock.com/icon-setsphp?application=brilliant-general-vector-icons&prd=52779) a while ago. They are in a .FLA format but I want to import them to Illustrator so I can edit them a little... I tried exporting the png file directly from flash, I also tried copying and pasting the content and I keep loosing a lot of quality. Is there any way to get those files in .AI?
