Don't bother much about encrypting, flash is inherently "stealable", in a month or two there's going to be a way decompile and unencrypt whatever we protect today...
besides if someone is good enough to read and understand huge amounts of complex code is more likely to copy your idea and write it himself... (that's at least valid for me so far)
