Extensions Manager in Flash CS3?

Hi guys,

I'm an flash animator who just started learning JSFL stuff.

I was wondering is there an Extensions Manager program in Flash CS3?
I know you have it if you use Flash 8 and below, but CS3? Is there other name for it?

I'm trying to install some MXP stuffs, so help me guys?:o

you can find Extensions Manager from Adobe site for flash CS3.
