How To Implement Hand Tool

Hi All,

In My Application i an having zoom mode option, once user zoom the movie clip i have suppose to provide Hand Tool option to view full movie clip, But I have no idea about Hand Tool, Give me some clue.

whta do you mean by hand tool? i think what you are looking for is zoom and pan.. do a google search for zoom+pan i flash
