Flex 3D navigation problems

Hi, i followed a tutorial at http://newmovieclip.wordpress.com/2006/11/12/flex-3d-panels-navigation-experiment-tutorial/

and did as it said in Flex Builder 3 and it doesnt seem to work atall. Can anyone help me? what i have done is attached.
