AS3 in pocket PC ?

Heya, anyone know if it's possible to use an swf-file written in AS3 in a pocket pc or any other mobile device ?

I think Adobe has only released Flash Player 7 on PocketPC

Air on the other hand I think has a Pocket PC runtime. Which support Flex 3, which uses the AS3 library.
