Mouse Hover - changing clothing colors

I am COMPLETELY new to action script, however I asked someone from Adobe what the program was called that allowed someone to change a model's dress colors on my clients website. I want to show the different colors of dresses they can buy. Is anyone familiar with this program and how to do this? I was trying to just change the colors in Adobe Photoshop and was running into huge issues with the dresses not looking quite right. I was told it is called the mouse hover action script.

yes its called a mouse over event. Its really simple I coded with the Actionsript 2 syntax. You should try and learn Actionscript 3.0. But 2.0 is fine for this.
