Multiple versions of one movie

I've got one movie that I'm going to distribute to 50 clients, who each in turn will e-mail the movie to their database.

This movie will be 99% the same for all 50 clients. The only difference is that each of the 50 clients will have their own logo appear in a predefined location.

I don't want to have to upload 50 versions of the SWF and the HTML, just because of a logo change. I've been told that I can accomlish the same objective using variables, but I have no idea where to start.

Can someone offer some adivce, direction or help?

you can make a empty movie clip that has a script on it...that goes and gets a .jpg file from a certain folder..

then have the client upload the swf and add there logo in the choosen folder (useing certain dimension)
