Shape Tween Text

Could you please guide me on shape tweening text. I have read the help info, and realize that it must be vector format. I have tried to save text in Fireworks and Hijack as vector based pics, but cannot get them to morph in Flash 4. Is there a certain file format to use? I have tried EMF and WMF.

Could anyone provide some detailed guidance? I am new so go easy!

You just have to brake apart your image or text
1)select your object and Ctrl+b

Now you can use a shape tweening
